Terpenes are compounds found in the cannabis plant and terpenes don’t just give the plants their certain smells and qualities they help humans too as terpenes have different effects on different people depending on the strain of cannabis administered.

The Cannabis Industry Council launches a crowdfunder for public awareness campaign

An online crowdfunder has been launched by the Cannabis Industry Council to raise awareness of medicinal cannabis and cannabinoid therapy with the public. As one of the reasons for a lower number of patients is a lot of people don’t have the education behind medicinal cannabis and its health benefits.

Follow-up research is started into the effect of cannabis oil on neuropathic pain

Leiden University Medical Center and the Center for Human Drug Research in the Netherlands have started research involving 200 neuropathic pain patients being administered cannabis oils made from Bedrocan cannabis, and this research could help more patients to benefit from THC oils for their pain.
