A new study finds a link between access to dispensaries and reduced opioid-related deaths. Researchers conducted an analysis of data from 812 countries within 23 legal states using CDC mortality rates and census data. Their analysis found that countries with higher counts of cannabis dispensaries are associated with reduced opioid-related mortality rates.
