Medicann Clinics acquires Integro IOM and announces Dr Sunny Nayee as the local on-island prescribing expert.

Award-winning medicinal cannabis clinic, Medicann, has announced its acquisition of Integro IOM.
The acquisition will now enable patients of Medicann IOM to access an on-island service, removing the need for patients to have virtual consultations with UK clinics.
Medicann, founder and CEO, Gary Whipp said about the acquisition: “We are delighted to announce that we have acquired Integro IOM, and Dr Nayee is ready to welcome and serve patients of Integro IOM, and any other UK clinic, with an on-island service”.
Manx man Gary Whipp continued: “The Medicann Group has worked with Dr Sunny in our other jurisdictions, and we are confident that by providing patients with the first and only on-island service, we can better help patients to manage their condition”.
Medicann is a multi award-winning medicinal cannabis clinic that prescribes for various conditions and since being founded in 2019 has provided one to one advice to patients managing numerous conditions across the Channel Islands.
In addition to providing local appointments, Medicann also offers patients a free patient app, which allows patients to easily schedule appointments, request repeat prescriptions and track prescriptions from approval, all the way to collection including a live medication stock tracker (so no more out of stock issues)
The acquisition is announced as the Island is set to welcome 420 PHARMA at 56 Strand Street, with Medicann announcing a priority prescribing service to patients with the new pharmacy.

always passionate about changing the landscape of medicinal cannabis on the
Island where I was brought up. Medicann’s partnership with 420 PHARMA in Strand Street means that patients can benefit from both local prescribing and have their medication dispensed on the Island, without having to have consultations with UK clinics”.
The new partnership with 420 PHARMA means that patients of Medicann will not only benefit from a flat rate £20 dispensing fee with 420 PHARMA (regardless of the number of items), but Medicann patients will also receive priority next day approved prescription fulfilment at the new 420 PHARMA pharmacy.
As the acquisition is announced, patients of Integro IOM will be seamlessly moved over to Medicann IOM, without any interruption to service.
