DOUGLAS, ISLE OF MAN – In a fitting celebration of independence and self-determination, 420 PHARMA and Medicann IOM are proud to announce the grand opening of their flagship medicinal cannabis pharmacy and clinic on Friday, 4th July 2025—Independence Day—at No1 Strand Shopping Centre in Strand Street Douglas. This new, state-of-the-art facility marks a major milestone in the Isle of Man’s journey toward healthcare autonomy, giving patients more control than ever over their own well-being.
This pioneering site brings together the Island’s only pharmacy exclusively dispensing Cannabis-Based Products for Medicinal Use (CBPMs) and the Island’s only locally licensed medicinal cannabis clinic with local doctors. The result is a seamless, same-day service—from initial expert consultation by on island local Doctors to on-site prescription dispensing—all under one roof.

The partnership between 420 PHARMA and Medicann IOM ensures patients have local access to:

420 PHARMA, now at No1 Strand Shopping Centre in Strand Street, was formerly based at 56 Strand Street, will continue to dispense for all patients regardless of where patients receive their prescription—be it from Medicann, or any UK-based clinics including Integro, Curaleaf, Ghosh Medical or Mamedica or any other licenced clinic.
Medicann IOM remains the only clinic on the Island able to legally prescribe CBPMs with locally based doctors, offering treatment options for conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, epilepsy, and fibromyalgia.
