Medicann UK has applied for registration with Healthcare Improvement Scotland, and our application is currently under review. Healthcare Improvement Scotland has authorised Medicann UK to operate while the registration process is ongoing. Our patients come from across the UK and we are a telemedicine service. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all adults and children who may come into contact with our services. While our primary focus is the treatment of adults, we recognise our responsibility to have regard for the safety and wellbeing of children, including those who may be indirectly involved or present during consultations.

We operate in accordance with Scottish legislation and best practice guidelines, ensuring that all staff are trained to identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns. Our safeguarding policies are regularly reviewed to maintain the highest standards of protection, confidentiality, and respect for all individuals.
